Linly Heflin Scholarships
Scholarship Sponsored by Linly Heflin
About the Linly Heflin Scholarship
The Linly Heflin Fund awards scholarships to Alabama women who are enrolled in or plan to attend Alabama colleges and universities. Since 1919, generous supporters have helped thousands of Alabama women pursue higher education and build brighter futures. We remain committed to that mission — helping Alabama women advance and succeed.
A former recipient, Wanda Burns (Calculus teacher, Mountain Brook High School), describes the program this way: it’s practical and life-changing, not just superficial. She says she continues to live her dream each day and hopes to inspire other young people to chase theirs.
