Annually, the South Florida Fair & Palm Beach County Expositions, Inc. takes pride in granting over $80,000 in scholarships to students keen on furthering their education. We are committed to aiding young individuals, especially those who might not have the means, to pursue their academic dreams at a recognized college, university, or trade school.
The 2026 Scholarship Awards Ceremony is scheduled to be held in January on the Deck and Drive Stage.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The deadline for the application packet to reach the Fair is Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 11:59 pm.
The application form and all additional items should be sent electronically as a single pdf attachment via email.
Ensure to combine the form and all additional items into a single pdf attachment.
Email subject: SFF College Scholarship Application.
Attachment name: ScholarshipPacket-LastName-FirstName (e.g., ScholarshipPacket-Smith-John).

Kindly note: Incomplete or unsigned packets will be disqualified. Screenshots of the application will NOT be accepted.

SCHOLARSHIP GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES
THIS FORM AND ALL ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY AS A SINGLE PDF ATTACHMENT. THE APPLICATION FORM CAN BE FILLED IN ACROBAT READER. IF HANDWRITTEN, IT MUST BE LEGIBLE. Ensure to check all items thoroughly before submitting your application. The application packet must be received no later than Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 11:59 pm and saved in the below format and in the order listed (#1-4).

Attachment name: ScholarshipPacket-LastName-FirstName (e.g., ScholarshipPacket-Smith-John).

Arrange the application attachments in the following sequence:
- Filled Application Form. It must be signed by the applicant and parent/guardian, or digital signature. It must be legible. A resume is not an acceptable substitute.
- An essay is mandatory. Applicants who do not complete the essay will not be considered for a scholarship. "What are your specific educational plans, career goals and why? What motivates you to achieve them? What will make you stand out from your peers on your college or trade school application?" (200 words or less).
- Two Letters of Recommendation.
- High School Transcript.

To qualify, the student must have completed his/her junior year in high school, be a permanent resident of Florida, and reside in one of the following counties: Broward, Hendry, Martin, Okeechobee, or Palm Beach.
You may apply for more than one scholarship category.
